Review of John Dies at the End (2013) by Daisy D — 30 Aug 2013

I have to assume that the film adaptation doesn't do the book justice, as this insane plot apparently doesn't hold up to being crammed into about a 1.5 hour span. Coscarelli's imagination and flair for the bizarre are certainly on display here, but the plot and premise suffer, as the end result is pretty much just a bunch of disjointed, incoherent scenes.
