Review of Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser (2015) by Matty M — 20 Jul 2015

First off, Many reviews written start off with the question of "What did everyone expect to see? and Why is this movie being judged so hard?".... Let's answer this by saying "Joe Dirt (original part 1) can be watched over and over, Joe Dirt 2 is complete crap. Betting in the making of Joe Dirt 2 that the world would take to it left designing the movie with minimal efforts in hopes that no one would care, yet people do care what they pay to see.

Joe Dirt 2 attempts to follow the same styling of the original, same scene layouts, and quite frankly it looks like they opened the same story board - time line to set the film up. This movie lacked in humor by a mile, in the attempt to resurrect and continue the saga of Joe Dirt it failed miserably. I was quite sadden to see that Happy Madison had anything to do with this film as bad as it flopped. The original Joe Dirt is that film that anyone can put in their DVD player and just enjoy, laugh, and actually watch it over and over; Joe Dirt 2 is a film you pray that ends quickly.

Very bad attempt to bring this movie to light.

Additional Notes: Joe Dirt original will always be a classic, hopefully if there's a part 3 they do a better job on it. I was so badly wanting to see this film being I'm a fan, yet sadden that it wasnt even close to as good as the first.
