Review of Joe (2014) by Peter F — 23 Feb 2015

Brilliant, by far best film I have seen this year, Nick Cage's best performance in years, I mean he was fantastic, he getting better with age and deserves a bloody Oscar sorry about the swearing but this film is so good.

First things first it a guy film, women wouldn't like the film as much, Joe is the a role model for what a "man" should be, self expressive (the cigarettes the women and the drinking), strong (the work he does), dignified (the respect he give to his friends), self-sacrifice (speaks for itself), pride, (he stick up for himself and others) and of course mans best friend, the dog.

Brilliant and a contender to become a favourite film of mine, would suggest to dudes, women who like the theme of a strong friendship would certainly enjoy this one too.
