Review of Jodhaa Akbar (2008) by Bhargavi K — 13 Mar 2008
No doubt its a classic, a classic case of elongated trauma, shot at an amazingly large grandiose scale. The repertoire named Jodha Akbar, achieves its goal. It most definately make u shift on your seat, but not by gory war scenes or almost true depiction of history, but all that is cliche'd in our B-Town - borrowed ideas, typical bollywood scenes, random editing, weak development of characters etc.
. nevertheless, the costumes - only aish's - and the sets were nice..
