Review of Jobs (2013) by William T — 26 Apr 2014
Coulda shoulda woulda been good but wasn't...
The person and what he created is without any shadow of a doubt movie worthy but perhaps there's just too much to say for a feature length film?
The start is great then the piece slowly goes downhill. It seems the director isn't sure if he should focus on the man - with all his eccentricities and "issues"- or the products and his attempt to do both just doesn't work.
There really wasn't anything in the film that hasn't been seen or heard before and the actors didn't really bring "extraordinary" to the table.
If it wasn't about Steve Jobs I would have turned it off 20mins in but I figured they'd get to "the good bit" soon. They didn't. Don't bother.
