Ashton kutcher does an excellent job & more then silences his critics, however as a film it just feels a little flat - when compared to the much slicker Social Network. It also leaves out some or the most interesting aspects and time periods in favour of making a film all about boardroom struggles.

For someone interested in the subject it makes an alright watching, but cannot imagine any one outside of that circle will be able to appreciate it.
