Review of Jobs (2013) by Max C — 27 Sep 2013
After reading the Steve Jobs autobiography, I felt quite let down by this movie. But before I dive into why I felt it was a huge miss, I will commend it for what it did right. The casting is the biggest positive of this movie.
After the movie you will be treated to a montage of the actors and who they played. It was spot on. The acting, for the most part, was good. Kutcher got down most of Steve's mannerisms and attitude.
But as good as all this was, the movie focused on very few events that would make this movie worthy of his legacy. It focused on such unimportant things in the overall scheme of things. The book is phenomenal and addicting.
I had a very tough time putting it down. But this movie was a huge missed opportunity and could have been focused and done galaxies better.
