This documentary really brought a tenderness and sensitivity out of a comedian known for her brashness. As the film progressed I found myself move from being "fairly interested" to really falling in love with this woman.
After the filming there was a Q&A with the fimmakers, and you could tell that Joan had touched them too. It's truly a celebration.
