Review of Joan Didion: The Center Will Not Hold (2017) by Randy L — 19 Apr 2018
At the end of this documentary, at the end of this life, milked flat like a toothpste tube of emotions and of emotionless observation. Like her arm bones connected to her wrists and then those finger bones, held in approximatly familiar order by a threadbare stocking of epidermal gauze.
Flailing out in front of your face, animated by pure force of will since there are absolutely no muscles or tendons left. to diagram or maybe punctuate sentences that haven't got words yet.
