After watching this documentary on Jiro Ono, one will lose all respect for AYCE Sushi but gain utter respect for how much effort and dedication one puts in to make such a tiny piece of food. Jiro is humorous, done with crazy DOF perspective and light music that will leave you leaving the theatre craving for Japanese food.
