Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Nathan P — 25 Mar 2012
Whether you like sushi or not, this is a great movie to see. I feel like I've learned so much about not just sushi but life as well. Jiro's dedication to his craft is something so few people have, especially Americans.
This really made me think differently about the way I view my own place in life. The cinematography, editing, and score were also outstanding at conveying the fine details of what appears to be a very simple food.
Go see this movie!
