This is definitely one of those movies where you wish you weren't watching it but you were actually there trying out whatever it is that Jiro was making. His restaurant has just been added to my list of must visit this year.
If you are a lover of Japanese Cuisine, this is a must watch for you. Amazing movie of a man with such incredible ethics.
