Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Keith L — 21 Jul 2012
Not a fan of sushi, but watched this anyway during a bout of insomnia. A documentary about the excellence of a certain food should not spend so much time filming it being prepared (3 ingredients usually) and more time explaining WHY it tastes so good, what makes the ingredients or technique so superior, etc.
I guess if you dont like raw fish you cant get that excited about it.
