Probably the best documentary I've ever seen. Simply inspirational. Jiro's values of hard work, dedication, and absolute love for his craft are lessons that everyone can apply to their own lives and careers.
The videography also captures the orchestral like performance that Jiro conducts as he makes his sushi.
