Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Romulo E — 11 Aug 2012
Jiro makes the best sushi in the world, and the movie is absolutely a must-see. I don't share all his opinions and beliefs but I do respect him - of course. His way of thinking is a consequence of the Japanese culture, and they honor suffering way more than I think it is necessary.
.. Anyway, this movie is a master-piece.
