I have lived in Japan for many years. I went to his place once in 2004 and thought it must have been a fluke: overpriced, crap service, and Jiro must have been on the rag. Went back again with a client in 2007 because I didn't have to pay.
The service still sucked and that tampon must have gotten lodged in Jiro's ass. He's a total prick to everyone. How he got 3 stars is beyond me. I've had fresher tasting sushi from 7-11.
