40 minutes in, I could not believe there were 40 minutes left. Too boring. Jiro is not all that interesting of a man. Highlights of the film: the revelation that there are tuna dealers and rice dealers and that Jiro tortures his apprentices by making them create a dish over and over and over again--as repetitive as the movie.
