Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Arianna B — 20 Sep 2012
Watching this movie is inspirational, both because it shows a lot of the strenghts of the Japanese mentality, as well because it is mouthwatering when that fantastic sushi is presented in front of the camera.
The movie is an interesting documentary that presents with flashbacks and different people storytelling the story of Jiro and his success and presents, in the final phase of the movie, a possible moral on how such a success is built.
