I absolutely love it for the culture, pride in a lineage of an age-old trade/craft, and for the genuine way it portrays the life of an 85 year old, hard-working, Japanese man. I am inspired and hungry now after seeing the amazing delicacy of Jiro's sushi.
I wish I was in Tokyo right now, just so I could get on the reservation list...my bucket list add-on for sure!
