Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Ryan L — 30 Oct 2012

Made me really want to have some sushi. It was an interesting look into a man so dedicated to his craft and so passionate about it that everything else comes second to perfect sushi. You question whether this is good or bad for him and his family as they live very intense and focused lives but the results of their work appear to be on another quality level from anyone who has ever made sushi before.
