Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Bradley H — 20 Nov 2012
While I wish it would have gone into more detail about some of the preparations involved in the craft of sushi, it is hard to weight that too heavily against the overall impact of this documentary. This is a work first and foremost about what is required to achieve excellence.
The message keeps coming back loud and clear: a consistent struggle to improve pressed on by a passionate desire to never be satisfied with what you have already attained.
