In addition to being a fascinating, talented documentarian, David Gelb has proven himself to be an artist with a keen eye for the intricacies, the subtleties, and even the occasional touch of the grandiose that make film the wonderful thing it can be.
Here we see a story about a man making sushi, and only from time to time does it ever feel like something so simple.
