This is a must watch for any Sushi lover! We follow 85 year old Jiro who is a 3 Michelin star rated chef as he goes through his routine, with his son, of preparing Sushi. his restaurant only holds 10 people, so obviously it's not easy to get a seat.
It is fascinating to see his process from selecting the perfect fish to obtaining the perfect rice that very few can cook properly. Great documentary. Check it out!
