Elegant and beautiful documentary of sushi great, Jiro. After watching the film, I felt like booking a flight to Tokyo to experience his sushi and dedication. The other impressive aspect of this film and interesting subtext is the relationship between father and son, and family.
How those bonds are strengthened and maintained. Amazing sushi chef, and a very elegant well-done film.
