Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Dov D — 28 Feb 2013
This is a spectacular documentary, tied with Exit Through The Gift Shop for being the best I have ever seen. The B-roll is exquisite, the dialogue incredible, and the direction top notch. The only thing negative I could say about this film is the lack of interviewees.
Bottom line, unless raw fish gross you out, this film is a must see.
