Jiro Dreams of Suishi is a documentary that is nearly as perfect as the sushi its subjects artfully create. The film follows Jiro Ono and his son, Yoshikazu as they craft the world's best sushi, continually honing their skill as they slice, season and serve each delicious morsel.

Much can be learned not only from the examination of the daily life of the best sushi chef on Earth, but also from his passion, conviction and belief that hard work and consistency are the keys to professional success and personal fulfillment.
