Review of Jiro Dreams of Sushi (2011) by Samira D — 29 Mar 2013
Not only is this a wonderful eye opener to the conflict between contemporary and more traditional Japanese culture and the environmental consequences on very real every day life, it showed me how unquestionably food is a form of art that simply appeals to a different sense.
An exceptional documentary, intriguing, beautiful and wise.
