I first saw Jiro Ono on an episode of Anthony Bourdain's show, No Reservations. I was mesmerized by the simplicity of his cooking style, which values consistency, originality, and quality--three things that gave his restaurant three Michelin stars.

I like the fact that this documentary, akin to Jiro's approach to cooking and preparing sushi, presents itself in a simple, yet captivating way.
