A truly fascinating look at culture, business and family. This movie is filled with life lessons on how to be personally fulfilled and professional successful. Should be shown in every business school. Love of your job, dedication to quality, relentless pursuit of perfection, an appreciation of customers and a respect and selection of supplier partners are all depicted. A really wonderful story. I will probably never enjoy sushi again because it was not done by the master Jiro.
