If you love sushi there is no movie better than this to understand how a 3 star Michelin rating is achieved by the master of sushi himself w/such hard work, attention to detail and perfectionism to create masterfully rich flavors via simplicity.
Two restaurants in Japan and a new one in NYC, 15 minutes worth of sushi starting at $300... Jiro is now 88!
