Review of Jingle All the Way (1996) by Dawson B — 29 Nov 2017
God help me, but I actually liked it. Sure, the story is extremely ludicrous, the message about consumerism is confused, and the 90's cheesiness is thick in almost every scene... but the goofiness is just so over-the-top that I can't help but smile anyways. If you view it as just a simple holiday movie then it's pretty fun, lighthearted, and sometimes genuinely funny.
I won't call it a GOOD movie (in fact, it's kinda bad), but it is a fun one if you're in the right mood. 16% is a little too harsh.
"PUT DAT COOKIE DOWN!".
