I watched Jin Roh. I thought it was crap. It disappeared up its own arse. Maybe it ended up in Japan. But it wasn't in my living room.
Nice animation.
Graphic violence.
Heavy handed use of metaphor.
"THUNK did you SEE the metaphor? No? Ah well here you go again THUNK Still don't get it? sheesh, okay then THUNK".
E.t.c e.t.c ad naseum.
It gets 4 because it was pretty to watch and had a somewhat believable story.
It's pretty cold where I am living right now. The sun disappears at 4.00pm. And doesn't rise till 9.30am.
Need...endorphins..melanin..vitamin D..
(runs away to seek out precious caffeine the subsitute for all things and the One True God).
