A monumental cinematic achievement that deserves to be seen simply on grounds of its importance. Oliver Stone's direction moves the picture along briskly, despite its three-hour length, and his gargantuan cast of talented players are more than up to the task of keeping the audience intrigued.
More than just a historical document... an earnest, hard-hitting message to everyone about the importance of freedom. The film editing is fantastic.
