Irrespective of whether you believe in the conspiracy theories or not, this is an excellent investigative thriller which keeps you engaged every second of its long 3 hour run. I watched it a second time after over 12 years and I appreciated it much more this time, a better understanding of history contributing to the appreciation.
Never been a fan of Kevin Costner but he pulls this one off brilliantly.
