Somewhere in the over 3 hours of this there is a good movie that can be edited out. However, like the coup d'etat conspiracy it promotes, it reaches farther than it credibly can. For me, it is most notable as one of the films that inaugurated a new wave of endless conspiracy theory fictions that proliferated in the 90s and up to today.
