Review of JFK (1991) by Tall Cool One ! — 24 Jan 2010
Despite what The History Channel's been saying, there is A LOT of evidence (including this EXCELLENT film) supporting the PROBABILITY of a conspiracy surround John Fitzgerald Kennedy's assassination in November 1963.
Joe P. Kennedy DID give money to Sam Giancana's MOB FAMILY in Chicago to influence the election; and RFK "went after" the mob with various Congressional Public Hearings to anger the mob.
President Johnson, in the frames of the Abraham Zapruder is indeed crouched-down in his LIMOUSINE BEFORE KENNEDY is struck by the first bullet.
C. 1965, Sen TED KENNEDY did transcribe a conversation between him and President Johnson where President Johnson said the FBI had knowledge of the assassination plot.
(Johnson may have been trying to gauge Ted Kennedy's intentions concerning further investigation into the assassination).
THE BAY OF PIGS invasion WAS called-off and many people were killed as a result and angered at President Kennedy's act of non-support.
Jim Garrison DID produce enough evidence to INDICT men on conspiracy charges in a plot to assassinate President Kennedy.
Speaking from his death-bed three months before his death, Jim Garrrison re-asserted his believe that a conspiracy to assassinate President John Fitzgerald Kennedy DID indeed exist.
Do the research yourself: use many sources to prove your own position on the matter of there being a conspiracy to kill JFK. . .
The HISTORY CHANNEL is lying about there not being a probable conspiracy to assassinate JFK.
--the "Director's Cut" seems a little too long and overstates the point. YET, as always, it is very interesting to be able to see the editeed scenes.
