Review of JFK (1991) by Andrew B — 28 Nov 2015
Oliver Stone's masterpiece. As far as historical accuracy goes, it might be suspect, but as pure cinema it's damn-near peerless. From the kinetic editing to Robert Richardson's incredible cinematography to John Williams' excellent score to Stone's writing and direction to the powerhouse performances from its incredible cast, this is a 3 hour epic that comes together very nicely.
