No matter what your belief system is, or whether you believe or not, the events and occurrences in this film should be looked at with a frown. This is one of the scariest films I have ever seen. I admire its approach.

It does not state a stance against all religion, but against evangelical radicals who brainwash children at a very young age to let go of all ability to think for themselves and feel that they should be martyrs for a being they have no proof even exists.

When a child is five, he should be concerned with activities such as watching cartoons, playing video games, and being exposed to a world of diversity where he can be friends with someone no matter what they believe in.

The children in this documentary are controlled, used and exploited for the sake of power. This power is held in the palm of the hand of their youth pastor, Becky Fischer. From the moment you meet her on screen, you know something about her is not right.

The way in which she lashes out words of such hatred and dismay, driving children to cry, speak in tongues and have convulsions in the name of their so called savior. It is obvious that their intention is to rule the world, control the minds of every inhabitant until they themselves have become the god they speak of.

I look at these types of people and regard them with no respect, because I have seen their work in the flesh. I once attended for a period of time this kind of congregation and let me tell you, they are all complete hypocrites.

At one point, one of the seventeen year old youth ministry members told me I should see The Passion of the Christ because it was "more violent than Scarface." I was bothered by the way they victimized these children by using their natural human imperfections against them.

One of the most disturbing things I witnessed was the pastor and his wife offering to take kids to see the Passion of the Christ because their parents would not take them. To defy the wishes of a child's parents in the name of "religion," to me, is more immoral than anything these people preach against.

This is a vivid, engrossing and educating film about the dangers of evangelical religion and how we must fight to keep church and state separated because if these nuts start to heavily control our government, we're fucked.
