Review of Jesus Camp (2006) by Dan G — 17 Mar 2011
A religious documentary that avoids stepping on any sensitive and politically active toes by simply filming, without comment by narration, character, or editing, an Evangelical Christian Camp for children.
The film lets the viewer decide what exactly to make of the speaking in tongues, tearful confessions, intolerance, and joyous praise by the faithful; an interesting and thought-provoking film that alters one's perception of children, faith in God, and American political integrity.
