You gotta love this movie if only for the title and the concept. It has the usual cowboy/Mexican girl romance sub-plot,, and the devious evil scientists. While the whole movie is pretty much known from the title itself, it's not everyone that can say they seen Jesse James meets Frankensteins daughter.
Just some great fun.
