Review of Jersey Girl (1992) by David E — 27 Feb 2009

Not a romantic comedy, this is actually the story of a father and his daughter. Sure, the plot is quite predictable - most viewers will have it all figured out about 15 minutes into the film - but, as usual with Kevin Smith's films, it's the dialogue that really shines.

The directing and perfrmances are all good, if nothing special. This is a decent film that's worth seeing, even if it's not worth going out of your wy to do so.
