Review of Jerry Maguire (1996) by Sapphire G — 02 Mar 2010

I remember that I really liked this movie the first time I saw it, quite a few years ago. I watched it again recently, and it seems to me that it has some of the most vomit-inducing lines of all times, between "you complete me" and "you had me at hello," it actually made me say 'yuck', it felt like pouring sugar in honey .

But ok, it was hugely popular at the time. Cuba Gooding was hilarious and Tom Cruise had his moments. I generally love Renee Zelwegger, but not here.
