Review of Jerry Maguire (1996) by Itamar K — 08 Oct 2009
Cameron Crowe is not by any means one of the greatest directors in Hollywood, but the one thing you always get from him - other than a killer soundtrack - is heart and humanity, and Jerry Maguire has a lot of both.
The dialog is sharp and witty but convincing, the characters are real, flawed and easy to identify with and love (Tom Cruise is at his very best), and it all makes for one of my favorite feel-good films ever.
