The ultimate story of the western mountain man. It's almost scary how believable Robert Redford is as Jeremiah Johnson, literally become the hulking brute of a man. It a beautifully shot movie that has a lot of good scenery.
Its a very underrated movie that really never gets the attention it deserves. It reminded me a lot of Dances with Wolves, only he likes to kill the fuck out of Indians.
