Review of Jennifer's Body (2009) by Kyle G — 22 May 2012
An interesting fusion of zombie horror and punk-feminist raunch. That's all well and good -- sexy even, if you're 13 and/or don't expect much -- but it's drenched in this limp, slicked-up high school romance that's just sickening and unnecessary.
Plus, the script abounds with thick-headed Diablo Cody faux-slang and Megan Fox's dumb-as-fuck hot girl preening.
