Interesting attempt on the high school horror film but it misses the mark with some boring plot devices and boring melodrama.
The seems to think it is much smarter then it actually is, this could of been a modern scream film but it never delivers. The script has some fun moments but they can't keep a film alive.
The leads are quite uninteresting and its their connection we are suppose to believe to keep the film emotional. The characters just never get the chance to shine and the film has a massive anticlimactic conclusion that doesn't sit right .
I can't recommend such a down beat movie but some may find something here.
