Review of Jem and the Holograms (2015) by Miriam A — 07 Aug 2016

Liked the music and the positivity. Liked the nods and references to the original. But what I really liked was the scene with The Misfits at the end. Made me wish it had done well enough to get the sequel they had planned.

I feel like seeing the two bands going up against one another (and Pizazz trying to win over Rio) would have brought it much closer to the original. Oh well.
