Review of Jeff, Who Lives at Home (2012) by Dave L — 18 Feb 2013
This is a sorta feel good movie with a Duplass brother's touch. Jeff (Jason Segal) lives at home with mom while his brother played by Ed Helms holds down a job and has marital problems. Jeff loves the movie "Signs" and watches it over and over again.
He believes everything in the universe happens for a reason. He believe he is alive for a reason and sets out of the house one day searching for that very thing. The film offers surprises, is funny, and then shockingly moving.
..in an odd kind of way.
