Review of Jeff, Who Lives at Home (2012) by Patrick K — 28 Jan 2014
This is one of those simple dramedies that entertain you and is heartwarming at the same time. Tells the perspective of a mother and her 2 sons. Theres Jeff (Jason Segel) who is 30 years old living in his mothers basement who is a grade a bum who loves pot.
..Pat (Ed Helms)is in a dead end marriage to which hes to blame for and is spying on her for meeting with a work colleague who he thinks is having an affair with and then theres the mum Sharon (Susan Sarandon) a lonely middle aged widowed woman.
The whole film is pretty much set on 1 day through the eyes of Jeff who is quite a wonderful character and kind of reminds me of a friend of mine. Good film well worth the watch.
