Review of Jeepers Creepers 3 (2017) by Narae P — 10 Nov 2017
This is what happens to a movie franchise when there is a lack of funding. I am not a horror movie fan but for some reason I like the Jeepers Creepers franchise. I was disappointed in the lack of focus on the storyline itself.
To often this movie just loses its focus and more attention is put to the cheesy CGI effects. Anytime you can watch a scene and can predict what is going to happen before it happens then the director has not met expectations.
In particular when the two people were still alive in the truck and tried to figure out how to get out of the truck without falling prey to a boobie trap; one of the people attempts to open the front door but before doing so the director already sets up the death scene by showing the viewers a hole in the seat.
Right after we see the hole the person is killed with a pipe the shoots out of the hole. It was stuff like this that disappointed me the end results. Yes the movie is watchable for true fans of the series.
